The characters are complex and the premise is very interesting. It provides a human face without trivialising the horror of what they’re actually doing.

Why you should watch it: Zankyou no Terror does for the terrorist what Dexter did for the serial killer.While setting up terrorist attacks with an aim towards minimal casualties and maximum property damage, they run into the lonely Lisa Mishima, a schoolgirl desperate to find somewhere to belong. What it’s about: Two teenagers with a mysterious past, who go by the codenames Nine and Twelve, engage in a battle of wits with the Tokyo police.Watchability: Watchable, but far less so than Kaylith’s. A few errors are forgivable, but this whole script is littered with enough of them that you can’t just chalk it up to someone missing a Kobe or two. But I have to wonder if they just completely gave up by episode 5. I know NFP-IS put some work into this show, from my conversations with TheThing around the first couple episodes. …but even straight OCR ain’t worth a damn when the release isn’t QC’d. I’d wager the only points in which grammar was correctly applied are the ones straight OCR’d and untouched from the Funi script. If that isn’t bad enough, they think commas qualify as ending punctuation: As seen in the above examples, basic capitalization standards are applied at random, and in the below example, you can see just how sentences are formulated.
